  1. Hello Ash,
What a beautiful bird, and it’s amazing how well-adapted the patterns are to protect it in its surroundings.
Thank you for the reminder to put faith over fear, especially of the unknown.

We are having a very cold & try winter in Japan.
(Winter birds have been very few so far, we are asking: “where are the birds?”)

We hope you are staying dry and cool!

    • Thanks Takami, it is a beautiful bird when seen in the light, which is a rare treat. Sad to hear your Winter is dry, we are having another wettest one and we ask the same question as you: Where are the birds ? there are much less than usual, and many of our migratory waders have not returned this year, which is of major concern. Today has been a nicer day not too hot and not raining yet tonight it will be possible major storms and storms for the next 5 days. Richest blessings my dear friend, praying this is a good year for you.
