  1. Hi Ashley, a great set of pics and good discussion on how the migration unfolds.
Not sure if I mentioned it some time ago,
The old English Baptist preacher Charles Spurgeon once commented on the migration of swallows from England to Spain, by saying, “They are obeying the call of the Lord of the Migration”.
I think his explanation is as good as any I’ve heard.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

    • Thanks David, the migration is one God’s many wonders which never ceases to amaze. C H Spurgeon is one of my favorite encouragers and what a fitting recognition. For as much as we might scientifically try to understand the process, there is something far more wonderful behind it which many are unaware. We were booked and paid to do a tour of Greece and Turkey (Paul’s journeys) next month but decided it safer to cancel considering the current pandemic. There is a possibility that we might do plan B in April sometime and go down south and do a road trip toward the great ocean road. ‘will see how it all fares. Stay safe my friend.

    • Thanks Donna, yes praise the Lord! it has been 10 days now and I feel I have been born again, again! as I tell my pastor. I feel so much more alive and well and like a young teenager again. The winter has kicked in early here and we are having it now all of a sudden for a few days. Love the autumn it is great for getting out, but the birds are fewer. Have a great week my friend 🙂

    • Thanks Lisa Beth, yes it shows that our Father has purpose built these birds to extract their food from deep within the wet sand, and they know that’s where their food is. Thanks again for your encouraging words, we are both delighted in our Savior’s healing provision as this is now my 7th day feeling born again, again! 🙂

    • Thanks Jen, I am so blessed to have friends praying for me, I so appreciate it and give thanks to our Lord for his kindness and mercy. My wife was believing for this miracle at a time when I was almost spent with hope that it would happen and hold. We are now 6 days and without drugs to help it and I feel, as I told my pastor, like I’ve been born again, again! This has made me appreciate even more every breath and moment is a gift. The music is one of my Beautiful Series productions backing. Much of the music I use on here is from that previous work. The Beautiful Series blog finished some years ago as did my DVD set. So glad you like it, many have said it is soothing, and that is what is was meant to be. Thank you dear friend and sister in our Lord. 🙂

      • Health is indeed one of our most precious gifts, as well as a spouse to help us when we are in need. My husband and I have been taking turns at that lately, lol! I’m sorry I missed that beautiful series blog, I’m sure I would have loved it!

      • Yes, so true. From my counseling training, toing and froing is a normal process in a healthy marriage relationship, displaying its complementary characteristics and how we have been put together by our all wise God to encourage, support and nurture each other, to be strength and weakness to allow the other to bloom. Have a wonderful week!
